Bridging finance : to cater for 60 to 90 day wages and overheads,
Building Material Credit : provided on behalf of contractors  to assist in the supply of materials for 90 days
Project Implementation Support : Evaluation, Project Planning, Progress Claims, Final Account Assistance (build smart), Subcontracting Admin, Financial and Bookkeeping Services.
Performance Guarantees: facilitated in terms of the construction contract from our partners
Construction related insurance : sourced and provided for in the bridging loan.

Funding Criteria:

Contractors must have a proven track record of at least 3 years
A duly signed appointment letter and Construction Agreement
Minimum : R15m contract
