MR VUYISILE HLABANGANE
Mr Hlabangane is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Indigo Kulani Group. He is a seasoned business and banking executive and an experienced project finance specialist with over 19 years senior and executive management experience within Financial Services Sectors.
MR PIETER HEIBERG
Mr Heiberg is the Chief Operations Officer of Indigo Kulani. He acquired extensive experience from Murray & Roberts as an Industrial Process Control & Automation Engineer and a Programme Manager/Systems Engineer at Geologic.
MRS MAUREEN MPHATSOE
Mrs Mphatsoe is the Managing Director of Indigo Kulani Group Construction Capital. She completed her Masters of Business Administration Degree majoring in Corporate Strategy and Change Management at Milpark Business Park and BA in Communications.
MR HAPPY BUNGE
Mr Bunge is the Group Technical Risk Management Director at Indigo Kulani Group. He acquired his National Diploma at CPUT in Cape Town and extensive experience from different prestigious Architectural companies in the country.

Mr Hlabangane is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Indigo Kulani Group. He is a seasoned business and banking executive and an experienced project finance specialist with over 19 years senior and executive management experience, cross-over skills and management expertise gained within Public and Financial Services Sectors.
His professional and postgraduate studies over the years have covered the realm of Property and infrastructure. He has also worked in varying capacities within leading corporates and organisations such as the DBSA, ABSA Capitalâs Investment Banking and Retail and Business Bank Divisions, Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (RSA), amongst a few others.
Mr Hlabangane was also a Director and Managing Executive for Absa Property Development Holdings (Pty) Limited and was directly responsible for the design, financing and delivery of several multibillion mixed use housing development projects through South Africa. He has passion for development and extensive experience in Housing, Property, Tourism, Power and renewable Energy, Water and Sanitation, Road, Rail and Air Transport, Education, Recreation, manufacturing and business re-engineering.

Mr Heiberg is the Group Chief Operations Officer of Indigo Kulani Group. He completed Management Coach at X-ponential, Senior Management Programme at THALES University, M Eng Management at the University of Pretoria, Management Advancement Programme at WITS, Diploma in Datametrics at UNISA and B tech Engineering at Technikon University of Tshwane.
He his career at CSIR in 1976 as an engineering and electronics developer.He then acquired extensive experience from Murray & Roberts as an Industrial Process Control & Automation Engineer in 1981, a Programme Manager/Systems Engineer at Geologic, Divisional Manger in Command & Control at Altech Defence System, General Manager in operations at ADS, and Manging Director at THALES Air Traffic Management.

MR NDINDE MASHEGANA
Qualifications: B. Comm: UED, B. Comm (Hons): UJ
Mr Mashegana is the Business Development Executive of Indigo Kulani Group He brings into IKG, 20 years of solid experience as a business growth and development strategist with proven client servicing skills and expertise. Prior to joining IKG, Ndinde held several Business Development and Client Management roles at leading engineering consulting companies such as iX Engineers, and Aurecon.
His career as Business Development Manager, he was involved with many client organizations like ACSA, Transnet and all of its core subsidiaries, Ports Authority, Engineering, Pipeline and Transnet Capital Projects. He has also led many business development initiatives into DBSA, Department of Public Works, Department of Water and Sanitation, National and Provincial Human Settlement Departments, Housing Development Agency, SAPS, SANRAL, Anglo-American, Exxaro, WBHO, GIFA, Tshwane, Ekurhuleni, LEDA, Musina, Makhado SEZ, Coega, TCTA, University of Free State, Waterboards- Lapelled, Sedibeng, Umgeni, Rand Water including many municipalities in Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Free State, Eastern Cape Provinces.
While at the National Housing Finance Corporation (NHFC) he was involved in several Breaking New Ground (BnG) Pilot Projects such as the Zanemvula Housing Project in the Nelson Mandela Metro, Dunken Village in East London in the Eastern Cape. He also served as a member of the Project Steering Committee which involved the National, Provincial Housing departments and the Nelson Mandela Bay Metro, Buffalo City and King Sabatha Dalindyebo municipalities.
Mr Ndinde has also worked for the Gauteng Economic Development Agencyâs Investment Facilitations division whereby he was instrumental in promoting South Africa Companies and their products internationally with specific reference to Germany, Japan and Italy. While at GGDA, he was also involved with Rand Refineryâs beneficiation of (mineral) resources project in Germiston, this project included bring in the country (SA) International jewelry manufactures. He was also involved in the negotiations of the Gold Loan with the Department of Trade and Industry, Rand Refinery, DBSA and the Selma Italian jewelry manufacturing.
Over the last 20 years, Ndinde held several positions at the now Limpopo Economic Development Agency (LEDA), where he was involved in small to medium business development, Housing finance. He was also involved with Sustainable medium Enterprise Development (SEMED) projects funded by USAID to assist small and medium enterprices.

MR HAPPY BUNGE
Qualifications: National Diploma in Architecture (CPUT), B-Tech in Architecture (CPUT); Business Risk Management (UCT)
Mr Happy is the Group Technical Risk Management Director at Indigo Kulani Group. He acquired his National Diploma qualifications at CPUT in Cape Town.
He then acquired extensive experience from different prestigious Architectural companies in the country. After Working for Project Management and Architectural companies in JHB and Cape Town he then joined Indigo Kulani Group.
He has also worked in varying leading capacities within Indigo Kulani Group such as Head of the Planning and design. He was also a technical advisory/monitoring leader to Department of Health Limpopo on all large Infrastructure projects under National PMSU Programme, Technical advisory/monitoring to National Department of Basic Education under the ASIDI Programme.

MRS MAUREEN MPHATSOE
Qualifications: MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION DEGREE (MBA) (Milpark Business School); BA COMMUNICATIONS (UNISA)
Mrs Mphatsoe is the Managing Director of Indigo Kulani Group Construction Capital. She completed her Masters of Business Administration Degree majoring in Corporate Strategy and Change Management at Milpark Business Park and BA in Communications at UNISA.
She then acquired extensive experience as a business strategist with in the corporate affairs space. She has worked as the Managing Director at Enlight/Emeritus Training Academy, Managing Director at Statistical Dry Cleaners, Manager of Corporate Affairs at Microsoft South Africa, Manager Group Communications and Marketing at Shanduka, Corporate PR Manager at TCTA, Senior Manager at Corporate Affairs at Sentech and Specialist in Media and Publication at Development Bank of Southern Africa.

MRS JOHANNA DELPORT
Qualifications: Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Technicon of Pretoria Prof Registration no - 3173 (Council) SA Association of QS - 15171563
Mrs Delport is the Group Quantity Surveying Executive with over 25 years quantity surveying experience. Her professional studies and experience over the years have assisted her in the quality of her work on repairs and renovations projects in the Property development environment.
She has also worked on a variety of projects in the Health, Education and Property development environments, within leading organisations such as Farrow Laing Quantity Surveyors. She was Managing Quantity Surveyor at DBN Quantity Surveyors and Managing Director at Magalefa Delport Quantity Surveyors.

MR JOHAN CLOETE
Qualifications: Nat. Dip. in Real Estate: Property Valuation - UNISA; Cert in Total Quality Management â UP: Cert in Commercial Property Broker, Law and Practice: UCP; Prof Registration no: 5200/3
Mr Cloete is the Managing Director for Valuations and an expert in valuations and advisory services to public and private clients. He has over 8 years of relevant experience and has worked in varying capacities within leading corporates and organisations servicing clients such as the ABSA Bank Ltd, Standard Bank Ltd and Nedbank Ltd.
He was also a Director at FormValue (Pty) Limited, where he was instrumental in the establishment and development of a property valuation software company. While at Rode Residential Valuations (Pty) Limited, he was responsible for the establishment and management of the company, specialising in valuations for property mortgage finance in South Africa.

MRS MARILISE COMBRINK
Qualifications: BCom Degree in Human Resources (UNISA); Accredited on Thomas Accreditation Programme (Thomas) and Shadowmatch workforce system. Qualified Skills Development Facilitator (Execoach).
Mrs Combrink is the Group Human Resources Executive within Indigo Kulani Group with over 15 years senior and management experience.
Her professional experience and studies over the years have covered HR Administration and Management, Payroll, Organisational Development, Labour Law Analysis and Office Administration.
She has also worked in varying capacities within leading organisations such as Safair and CGG Airborne Survey (Formerly Fugro).

MRS DOMINIQUE FOURIE
Qualifications: Bachelor of Architecture: University of Pretoria MSAPA: F01229
Ms Fourie is a Senior Architect and the Unit Head for the Group Architecture practice. She has over 20 years of experience across Healthcare, Aviation, Heritage, Commercial and Retail. Her professional study has covered the realm of Property and infrastructure.
She has also worked in varying capacities within leading architectural practices such as Paragon Architects, Graceland Architects, VH Architects, Nanox Architects, VHS Architects and Britten & Burger Architects. She was also a Team Leader at Paragon and an Associate at Graceland Architects. She has passion for large projects and complex developments.

MR MELUSI SIGASA
Qualifications: Bachelor of Accountancy (UKZN); MBA (GIBS, Univ. of Pretoria)
Mr Sigasa has extensive experience in the financial services sector having worked for a multinational banking institution, HSBC Bank Plc, and a leading CSI fund management company in South Africa.
He holds a Master in Business Administration(MBA) and Bachelor of Accountancy degrees.
He has had exposure to various investment instruments and has worked with teams and clients based in South Africa and abroad. He has managed various multi-billion Rand investment portfolios during his career with financial services companies. He joined Indigo Kulani Group in 2018 as a Senior Property Fund Manager in the Real Estate Capital team.
